Mr Sukhbir Singh is the General Manager of Food and Spice Pte Ltd, a food and beverage company that operates Indian, Italian and Mexican cuisines, with a catering and home-delivery service.
Sukhbir is a Bachelor of Arts graduate (1989) from the National university of Singapore. He holds a SIM/CIM (United Kingdom) Diploma (1992). Prior to that, he served his reservist stint as a Police Inspector.
Sukhbir sits on the executive committees of various organisations such as the International Cuisine’s Association (S); the School Advisory Board Committee of Yishun Town Secondary School; and the Sikh Advisory Board.
He is married with two children.
