Ms Huda Ishak has been actively involved in the experiential learning industry for the last 12 years and is a Sales Manager of Innotrek Pte Ltd, an adventure event consultancy, facilitating experiential learning through the outdoors. She specialises in service leadership, bringing participants overseas to learn and appreciate the values of life. She has also attended many courses which include DISC (Personality Traits) Profiling, Advanced First Aid, Powered Pleasure Craft Driving License, Keel Boat Level 1 Proficiency, Kayak and Dragon boat coach and many more.

With this passion for service leadership, Huda joined Young Sikh Association (Singapore) in 2007 to participate in its community service trip, Project Khwaish VII, in Punjab, India. It was a life changing experience for Huda. Not only did it increase her awareness of the global community, she also created new bonds in diverse social settings. After the fruitful journey, she now serves the local community in the different platforms of the Association and other organisations.

Huda was also given the opportunity to be the main facilitator for Project Khwaish IX. She was able to share her experiences and facilitate the learning journey for the participants. She hopes to contribute to the best of her ability and she lives by the life motto of “The values you live by is worth more passed on”.
