Leadership in the Sikh Community in Singapore
Like any other community in Singapore, the Sikhs have their own set of leadership challenges. Young Sikhs must make the effort to contribute to the progress of the Sikh community. As in any endeavour, there are likely to be hurdles. They should not sit back and let it be said that they did not try hard enough. Sometimes, to move two steps forward, one needs to take one step back first.
