Creativity in Singapore

"Look at structured societies like Singapore where bad behaviour is not tolerated [and] you are extremely punished. Where are the creative people? Where are the great artists? Where are the great musicians? Where are the great writers?" Last year, with the quote above, Apple cofounder, Steve Wozniak, in an interview with the British Broadcasting Corporation, sparked a heated debate in Singapore about the levels of creativity in the country.
